Switching to a four stroke should be an easy transition for you comming off of a two stroke.
Its going from a four stroke to a two stroke that will be more difficult.
I started out on a two stroke as well and now am riding a 450. When I get on the ole two stoke, I am very "lazy" with shifting and find myself comming into corners too fast for the first few minutes or so. But it all comes back to you pretty quick.
To make a long story short, If you have rode both, and you know how to properly ride both, you'll be just fine.
It's like riding a bike (no pun intended) HAHA. Once you learn you'll never forget.
