Not sure if this is even possible but I was hoping to sand down and clean up all my plastics then paint them then add some decals then clearcoat over the paint and decals. If it's possible to paint plastics, What kind of paint am I going to want to use? Thanks.

Painting them will be bad idea.they take a beating.you can sand them,fine sandpaper to get scraps out and put decals on,
