Type of fork oil?

    I have a 2010 kx 450 and I am changing the fork seals and I'm curious if anyone could recommend a good fork oil. Does it matter what weight it is? Or is it personal preference?

    check the manual it will recommend a weight: weight and height can be used to tune your suspension depending on how your suspension is working.  
    For the past 8 years I have used  Pro Honda Fork Oil 5 wt for my forks and Pro Honda Suspension Fluid SS 7 for the shock.  Both work well no complaints.
    I have had good success with Race Tech and Maxima suspension fluids as well
