I came across this from some of my friends on the TW forum told me it would be fun to try on my TW200 with all the elevation changes around california, i just decided to shim the needle and go to a #130 main jet on my TW instead. But I started thinking this would probably work great for you 2 strokers at the track for quick adjustments. I dont know, its simplistic design/idea seems like it would work without a hitch, what do you think? anyone ever used one?

idk i think its a neat idea and would be fun to try sometime.

  • Ive been reading about the smart carb u seen that yet alex? Its billet aluminum or cast al. and the needle kinda slides out and jets r real easy to change. Same idea here

  • It does look interesting (not that I'll be headed to the track anytime soon).  I was doing research on direct injection with the two strokes a while back and came across some smart carb info - wonder why the snowmobiles seem get these tweaks first?

cant say really. Didnt run the sled without it.  besides sleds and dirt bikes r light years apart in how they function.  U cant hold a DB open they way u can a sled.  And I dont have massive elevation changes or sudden temperature changes to deal with anywho. In New England we have all seasons, but they r gradual changes really.  I would def say its prolly a betta idea 4 a sled than a DB I guess.
