    for some reason it was 65 out and amazing feeling. so i went out to ride. it turns out my bike was out of gas, and all of our gas cans were out of gas. i tried to start it anyway. it fires right up i figured i will let it idle until it runs out of gas, but a few minutes later it is still ruuning so i thought what the heck. so i rode anyway. about 25-30 minutes later i still have gas, but have to stop riding. where did the gas come from. when i started i couldnt see any gas, or hear it when i shook the bike. and it was the same after i got done riding. so i pretty much drove with no gas in my tank!

    hahha maybe when i took off the gas cap the fumes got to me! hahhhhha.

    that happened to me once Jake.  I was on the home stretch of a long road trip and had run out of both money and gas.  I prayed and the car started so I took off and made it all the way home on nothing....

    koby maybe it was the fumes of shrooms! 
    so i am not the only one. it is a weirdly great feeling...being out of gas and still riding not shroom fumes.

    Used to happen to me all the time on my xr, out of gas? Good ol honda decides to run for another hour. Those small bore'd trail bikes get AMAZING mileage, i run through tanks on my YZ like nothin

    Same here DDH. My xr ran for ever, maybe only once I needed my reserve tank. My CR burned gas like crazy and I would be filling up left right and center. My RMZ250 isn't all that bad on gas id put lots of miles on it to only see half a tank gone

    Sometimes gas is stored ob the side of the tank without the petcock.  I would run out on my XT, lean the bike onto the petcock side and have another cup or 2.
