Good luck. I just checked FMF's site and they make nothing for anything smaller than a 105SX/XC, and the Gnarley is not even listed.

The Gnarley is for 250s and up if I am not mistaken. My son wanted one for his YZ125 and did not find one then, and that was a year ago.

Why would either of those places have a pipe from FMF for an 85 if FMF does not? Please tell me I have missed something some where because I did not think they made pipes or silencers for anything smaller than a 105, and then I doubled checked to make sure.--------------------

The 105SX will fit an 07 and newer 85SX. For 06 and older 85 SX FMF no longer makes a pipe for them.
If you call FMF they might have a fit for the older bikes.
PC still carries pipes for the older 85 and smaller KTMs.
They do make a gnarly for the 200 cc off road bikes (exc, mxc, xc) but that is as small as they go
