wtf do i do now
  • ok guys i havent posted in a while. been doing a ton of points races and getting lots of those #1 trophies lol :) anyways. bent a radiator in the last moto of the night last weekend. went to local dealer and picked up a brand new set. i was putting the left side rads on and what do you know. as i was taking the bent one off the tack weld came off the nut on that frame i guess youd call it a flare or something. it sticks out off the frame and it has a nut on the backside the rad bolts thread into. so now i cant put the new rads on because that bolt wont come out. the bolt wont thread back in because the nut just spins. you cant get a wrench in that tiny place to hold the nut. what is my best option here? please hurry. important race on the 13th coming up need fixed asap

You should be able to get it welded back very cheap.  Maybe try a rivet.

  • well the zip tie and stuff wont work because the bolt is still in. it wont come out of the hole lol.

Cut the bolt off with a saws-all. If you can't find someone to weld a new nut on use a cement anchor. It's a bolt with a sleeve that will spreed open as you tighten it. They make different sizes.
You could even use a larger drywall anchor.
Can you show some pictures of your issue?
