healing foot injury fast?

    I recently wiped out and have a bad swelling on my foot, what is the quickest way possible to get rid of the swelling and bruises.

    I know an ancient Indian method to healing injuries .........but it involves sacrificing a virgin so I don't know if ud b interested in that. Id prolly just soak it in a bucket of ice an keep it elevated.

    i once saw this indian ointment called super miraculous creme or something like that when i went to mexico, so i bought one and it didnt even work
