the bike looks near perfect 9 outa 10 with 5,000 miles. I rebuilt the carburetor, petcok, new plug, fresh gas, oil, has spark, good compression, new battery 6 volts, kill switch works, neutral light comes on when key is turned and popped into neutral, and never got it to run at all. What could I be missing here? :?

check the compresion. Check that the piston is at tdc when firing the spark. ????? Is this a two stroke?
