it will run fine for about 45 sec then it just bogs down and dies seemingly by loss of fuel, them u wait for a few minutes then it starts runs fine for 45 then repeats, and yes the gas is turned on, i cleaned the tank, tore apart the carburetor and replaced the jets, idle screw, air mix screw, and needle, floats move fine and dont have any leaks in them, im stumped...

Hmmm, have you checked the air filter to see if it is dirt or needs replaced? could be the wrong mixture ratio or bad gas.

How will it run if you take the gas cap off? Or at least loosen it? I'm thinking the vent line could be plugged.

Have you verified that there is adequate fuel flow from the fuel line? Not sure how you cleaned the tank, but the petcock screen could be clogged up.

Barring both of those, I would look at the needle+seat actuation in the float bowl again..

u can blow in the vent hose and air can pass through, i took out the petcock from the tank and cleaned out the screen and yes it will flow quite nicely into the carb

I've heard of cases where electrical problems can seem like fueling problems, and fueling problems can seem electrical.. :\

How does the plug look when the bike dies? Is it wet, or dry?
