yea basicaly sunl is a japanese designed but chinese manufactured, but your bike is basically a pit bike. yea it would be easier finding parts taht way. also alot of chinese pit bike parts are exactly the same brands like lifan, loncin, sunray ect.... like 90% of the parts on those bikes are the same. :D let me knwo if you have any other questions

well a tune up is different, a tune up is like an oil change, air filter cleaning, new plug. thats like tune up. if the bike runs fine dont even worry about cleaning the carb. and you said platic do you mean plastics? like on your bike the plastics are red. if so your bike should use CRF50 plastics which that site i put here has those plastics for your bike, you should call and ask them if they would fit also. another thing is you know how to take out the spark plug, well take it out see what kind it is and what model then look it up and see who has it buy a new one and pop it in :D as far as oil changing on that bike i have no idea where the drain bolt is hahaha it should be on the very bottom of the engine underneathe the bike, under the skid plate. let me know if you dont understand anything i said hahah :D

haha thanks dude! yea i am alex i am on the forums quite a bit. WELCOME! :D hope you stay around :) and yea if it is running good and idels fine dont even think about doing a carb cleaning, just clean the air filter, try to find the drain bolt for the oil and drain it all out, put some fresh in pop a new plug and that thing should ride and sound even smoother! :)

BTW IDK BUT IT A SCREW ON THE MOTOR I NO IT FOR BURNIN GAS MORE OR LESS CUZ MY LIL GAS CAR HAS THAT BUT WHEN I TURN IT ON MY BIKE SOUND LIK IT HITING GAS BY IT SELF LOLOL AND IF I PLAY WITH THE SCREW IT CUT OFF ON ME IDK WHAT GOING ON AND I GOT TO KICK IT LIK 3-6TIME TO GET IT ON IDK WHY

oh thats ether your pet *** valve (thing that turns the fuel on or off) which it could be thats what it sounds like what your talking about. because if you turn off the fuel then it starts reving high cause its not getting the right air and fuel mixture and of course not getting enough fuel. or its the the choke on the carb. you should leave the choke off if it is that. the choke is only used when you are fireing a bike up when the motor is cold, then once the bike is warm you turn it off. its hard to tell by what you say, pictures always help.

your bike when its warm should have just a nice little putt putt idel, its hard to say thru typeing but it should idel like (read some what fast lol :p ) bum bum bum bum bum bum bum.

OOOOOO thats the idel screw your right, yea thats nno biggy what you can do is get the bike nice and warm first and then play with taht screw to where your bike has a nice mellow idel, you dont want the idel to be where the bike is like WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!! just make it a nice mellow bum bum bum bum and your should be good. but yea thats the idel screw. :)

its cool do you have to start some where, the guys on here taught me everything i know ! there are some great people on here thats for sure. and i recommend a K&N filter or UNI filter those are the best for pit bikes in my opinion :D as far as the new pipes i have no idea but you willl get a definatley a different sound thats for sure more than likely deeper and beefier :)

dont worry about your CDI thats a whole other thing you dont need to worry about, lol if you bike fires up and it runs then your CDI is working perfectly, if your bike was getting no spark then i would explain it more, but yea your fine dont worry about the CDI :)
